A PROBLEM WITH SPQR 7.0

HI I'm italian player of rome total war and I tell you not to know speak very well English (I use google traduttor)
So: I installed the file from "file planet" and I put in the "C: \ Program Files \ The Creative Assembly \ Rome - Total War" overwriting the file of vanilla Rome total war.
I try to start the game and all is well up to the point that I try to start a personal battle and I crashes

Are you using a store-bought or Steam version of RTW?

Did you download the patch for SPQR 7?
Also, are you using Vista? This often causes issues with mods that overwrite files.

Reinstal RTW and SPQR, then reinstall the mod, etc.
First of all, this is the patch.
