    Default 'Short Campaign' is the way to play

    I think the Long Campaign, for this mod, is not Tolkien lore for the Free People, and useless for the Evil.

    One of the Free People have not to invade (even, the Elves are here to go West!, not to be the masters of the land!)

    And when one of the Evil as reached the Small Campaign goal, then he will also win the Long one (continuing the game is useless).

    I haven't finish my Short Campaign, but, as a silvan, I think I have all the time to make full stacks of €1€€7 units to punch Sauron. Maybe not all race can empower their army?

    Oh my post had vanished with the forum crash.
    I said that a poll about the prefered campaign may help the designer for future content?

    And I don't say the Long Campaign is to be forbidden! but just that it is not needed to use entirely the mod. LC is for the power players.

    If the poll contains good alternatives, then it could be helpful (this thread would also have to become more serious for your idea to get noticed imo).

    Just as my replies did... anyway, I think this is the point, everyone can find their needs in the campaigns (just like usually in TW games). If you like the long ones, play that, if not, play the short.

    evinmulligan: Just let evil grow stronger in the beginning, and you will find yourself in a defensive status very soon (or at least it was my experience. Good side crashes easily if you do not help AI when playing good faction. Especially Rohan and Gondor. On VH/VH of course).
