how to unistall rome total war

well I uninstall rome total war and I installed it again and when I start rome total war to play the proglue for I can install SPQR mod.it shows the proglue already played and the game still has my saved game files and I unistalled it and installed it again.So I need help on how to unistall rome total war completely so I can play the SPQR mod.And I am new to installing mods so I don't know how to install mods too.

Uninstall it and delete the your Rome Total War folder by hand. Reinstall the game patch it and install SPQR.
