Hi, I'm an italian player so I'm sorry if i don't speak or write English very well... ^^'

I downloaded DTW v1.0 and the patch for update it at the version 1.04, but when I start the game in the principal background the number of version is 1.03, Why? Where I wrong, if I wrong?

Secondly... when I try play, for example, with the indipendent greek in the imperial campaign, the game crash in the desktop...

Can you help me please?

Per la scritta 1.03 non c'è problema, RedFox si sarà dimenticato di cambiarla, ma la versione è comunque la 1.04.
Per gli indipendent greeks nella campagna imperiale non saprei, non sarebbe una fazione pensata per giocarci ma in teoria dovrebbe funzionare lo stesso, è strano...usi BI.exe o ALX.exe? Con BI.exe è noto che ci siano problemi ma non credo dipenda da quello...

ad ogni modo, io uso BI con la gold edition purtroppo Alexander non ce l'ho...
Devo dire che questo mod mi piace molto, sai se esistono altre patch per ottimizzarlo maggiormmente?

io uso ALX con RTW e BI presi tutti separatamente, ma ho sentito da piu parti che la Gold Edition dà problemi in generale.
Inoltre con questo mod BI dà problemi specialmente per i "traits", cioè le caratteristiche dei personaggi...proverò a farlo andare con la mia BI, ti sapro dire piu tardi. Ah, dimenticavo: e le altre fazioni funzionano? O sono solo gli independent greeks che non vanno?

For all the others: Didacvs has a Gold Edition BI and he's not able to run the independant greeks (germans) in the imperial campaign.

Ora provo qualche altra fazione e ti faccio sapere, ma stavo pensando... il problema non può essere sorto dal fatto che dalla versione 1.0 ho fatto il salto con la patch che porta il gioco alla 1.04? D'altronde altre patch non ne ho viste...

Ho provato gli epiroti e riprovati gli indipendent greeks ed ora funzionano... non mi riesco a spiegare come possano accadere queste cose -,-

Well, in any case, the Independent Greeks are an unplayable faction in the Imperial Campaign. For a reason, too. It's good to hear that it suddenly works for you though. These things can get confusing when a game (RTW) has 4-5 different versions and it is meant to be played on 1 or 2 of those.

I copied the new splash screen, then re-exported and probably accidentally overwrote it later. It technically is 1.03, since 1.03 patch didn't really do anything.

Ah ok, but the versions exist are the 1.01 and the 1.04 or no?

There are files that can be downloaded: the original 1.0 main install and the 1.04 patch(or 1.03, same thing). The 1.04 install is cumulative of the previous patches 1.01 and 1.02.

Well not with this mod. Auto-save is very much needed for other reasons as well. AI cheats.....

Independent Greeks is playable for me.
I just try to play 40+ turns and have not any crashes. But their AOR units is very good - especially Cretan archers and rhodian slingers. Imperial campaign for this faction very hard and interesting!

@ unDa: also I have never had any trouble with the Indipendent Greeks, I wonder why they were to be unplayable..

@ Segestan: really? I always kept auto_saves disabled and never had problems...AI cheats? what's that?
