Soldier reloads although he hasn't got rifle!!! animation problem?!

We have a problem and I want to share it with you.
unit next to general reloads rifle although he hasn't got anything. how we can make it correct?
we give pistol to Bashibozuks at our mod, but after shooting, they put pistols in their pockets and they make rifle reloading animation and take pistol again from their pocket and shoot. what is the solution for it? I think there is no reload animation for pistols but maybe they can wait like general at first photo while reloading and it looks better. how can we do it?
