About reforms...

Hello again everyone!

As you know i'm a beginner of this mod and i want to congrats the creators!It's a really good mod!
Let's talk about reforms...I'm in the year 185BC and i have some territories.In Africa i have Carthago,Hadrumentum(eh..the city of south of Carthago) and Lepcis_Magna,In Gaul i have Massilia and Tollosa,In Spain I have Tarraco,Valencia and Tollentum(Only Valencia wasn't a gaul posession) and i have some territories in Greece..Ambrakia,Apollonia and just conquered Athens

...ehh...the territories don't matter for reform right?...In Rome Total War(without a mod,patch) when was build the first imperial pallace appear the reform...But here in my saved game i've been buil the imperial pallace but the reform is not!I was thinking if i buil the imperial baracks(or imperia republican baracks..eh..) but the reform is not!...So..i do a question for the more experienced players...how i do the reform...and is only 1 reform?..or 2?..and territories are matter for reform(s)?

5. Carthage must be destroyed and you must own their lands for Marius Reforms to take place.

So let' s start this again shall we. You need to conquer all Carthaginian starting cities, thy all need to have and imperial or royal palace. When thy have this you will get the reforms, it could start a bit earlier as non of us knows how this is triggered exactly.
