    Default Claiming the Crown

A question I would like to ask: is any leader of appropriate House (Baratheon, Greyjoy and Stark) can claim the crown, or only "initial" leader (Balon for Greyjoys, Robb for Starks, and Renly and Stannis for Baratheon branches)?

For instance, if Balon dies and Theon succeeds him, can Theon claim the crown, or this option will be lost with Balon?

    Any leader.

"Five had been his brothers. Oswell Whent and Jon Darry. Lewyn Martell, a prince of Dorne. The White Bull, Gerold Hightower. Ser Arthur Dayne, Sword of the Morning. And beside them, crowned in mist and grief with his long hair streaming behind him, rode Rhaegar Targaryen, Prince of Dragonstone and rightful heir to the Iron Throne."

    Thanks for information.
