England Expansion Option
I haven't yet noticed a thread proposing a "D-day" style of expansion for England. I always send an army to destroy Scotland and the Rebels around me on the Isles. I at the same time have one army conquer all the Rebel settlements on the northern coast of France. No one else seems to mention this even though I think that many people do it.

Personally, I follow one of Otto Von Bismarck's rule of not engaging in a 2-front-war. I tend to not attack my neighbour across the yard until my backyard is safe. =]

If you want an English guide, go here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=265193 and I've also mentioned the option of expansion in Rennes for England, it's quite an obvious choice, to be honest, that's why I think rarely anyone mentions it.
