Best Way to Make Macedonia Calm Down During Campagins

I love RTR so much, but this issue is almost killing it for me. Macedonia gets unbelievably strong in every single game I play. Is there an easy way to weaken them...like increasing unit costs or something? If so, how would I go about doing that?

You could simply try Extended Realism Mod for RTR. The problem with Macs going wild is solved there for sure ( and so are some others, like grain imports ). ExRM is the latest and imho best mod for RTR, wich is still under developement, at least until RTR VII grand campaign comes out

ExRM's grain fix is so gooood. Sicily is always so problematic; since I like the Mediterranean civs it makes it much easier on my life.

And that's only like... one... twentieth... of the mod, if at all. Excellent mod, really.
