Abut 1 hit point system gives 1 hit points to all units? also mean general gets 1 hit points? pls help me on this

Yes, generals get 1hp. A few of the small size elite units get 3hp under the 2hp system and 2hp under the 1hp system.

Well, one HP means the basic units all have 1 HP (like normal RTW). The generals bodyguard has 1 HP, unlike vanilla, but the general himself has multiple HP still. Some elite units have 2 HP and a halved unit size.
