Go to your RTW\XGM\Preferences folder and open the file named Preferences.txt. Do a search for FATIGUE and set it to TRUE.

There's always the install option, you can choose to enable fatigue before installing XGM. When you choose this option it advices you to enable also the "faster movement"-option or something like that. I don't know what the exact effect is (make them move faster ), but perhaps some of the devs can help you out.

Just run the the installer again and select "Enable Fatigue" and "Faster Movement Rates". The slower default movement rates cause units to tire out much more quickly than they would with vanilla movement rates.

Runnign the installer or editing preferences.txt to make it true both work, but remember it doesn't affect already started games. You need to start a new game to have fatigue.
