The dwarf cannot mine?

Today, I just try to start a dwarf campaign.

And very surprisingly, I find that they have 0 mining income from the start.

Their econ is so bad that they are even poorer than the Rohans.

And what they can mine are only iron, silver.

Shouldnt they have very much wealth, as described in the book while the Rohans are relatively frugal people?

I cannot conceive that the dwarf has to depend on farming income.

Get Moria, it has mithril and gets a huge mining income, also, you can only build mines in mountain settlements, hence if you take all of the grey and misty moutains youll have a bigger opportunity for mining.

Having little income is a point of balancing. Dwarves have a "fairly" easy start, Rohan, like Gondor, hasn't.

But after you retake the misty mountains, you'll be filthy rich, don't worry
