Kingdoms.exe

Whenever I try to run Kingdoms through the launcher I can use the seperate campaigns but not the actual kingdoms game.

When I try to run it directly by clicking on Kingdoms.exe a warning sign pops up with no text over a black screen. I click okay and it sends me back to the desktop.

I try using the launcher and it sends me to the original Medieval 2 Total War which is patched to 1.03. I am trying to launch into 1.5 Kingdoms (Which I have patched to successfully)

Computer:

Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz
9800 GTX
2 GB Ram
Windows 7 (Don't tell me this is the issue as it will waste time)

I will repeat this one more time=kingdoms.exe is NOT standalone. It needs a bat file, either one of the campaigns or a mod based on noe of the campaigns to work.
