    Default Version

I patched the game to version 1.2 (i had version 1.1) but when I start up the game, it still says it is version 1.1. Is that simply a mistake the modders overlooked? When I tried to repatch the game, it said that the 1.2 files were already in my RTW file.

You have most likely installed 1.2 inside 1.1. If that is the case there is an EB folder inside your EB folder. You can delete that inner Eb folder.

EB 1.2 should be installed to the same target you've installed EB 1.1 too.
This target will end in \Rome - Total War (unless you've renamed it before installing Eb of course) and will NOT end in \Rome - Total War\EB.

    My path is F:Royal/RTW

It's in the same location as EB 1.1.

Have you checked that there is no EB folder inside your EB folder?

Yup. No EB folder in my EB folder.
At F:Royal/RTW/EB there is only: Data, documentation, lighting, Modesty, preferences, mp game edu backup, presets, saves, and sp game edu backup.

EDIT: You know how at the bottom-left corner of the screen it tells you the version number? It says 1.1, but could that simply be a mistake the modders forgot to change when they made the patch and that game is actually patched? Is there any other way other than looking at that that tells me I have the patch like something I could do in-game?

Nope, it should say 1.2 bottom-left.

Uninstalling EB 1.2 and reinstalling the patch?

To see in-game if it works --> build a Type IV government. If a client ruler is spawned the next turn it's 1.1. If you have to recruit one yourself, it's 1.2.

Hm. It's 1.1 then. :/ Well, I'll just play with 1.1 for a bit, and when I finish my current campaign I'll see if I can get 1.2 to work.
