ArchaonDear CdeC, I have seen this "does Citizenship honor members.." stuff everywhere, so i have chosen to either provide a change of flavor or bore you to sleep with extensive reading..

Louis Lux, A member who has only been active for 10 months thus far. Already he has produced impressive 2d art that is used by many members, and a large mod project. And it is increasingly impressive as his skill develops.
Beside the skill he shows, I see everywhere that most of his posts are of a helping nature, a Sig service for example, and tips he has learnt are also shared on these forums.
For his recent work, i implore anyone who is interested in TATW to look at his sub-mod and signature service.

A Non-community based pro is that he is a student and his graduation project at the university I am told is game concept, therefor the relevance is his interests are in development rather than gameplay.
Louis Lux has expressed that Artifex was an aspiration, and his intention was to be a member for 12 months before seeking patronization. I say now is the time! Based on what you have read, I would like to include this fine member into the House of Siblesz.

louis LuxI was never much of a forum participant, but in twcenter I found the perfect place to enhance my knowledge and experience in the things I love, gaming, game developing and 2D design, and I would like now to become a citizen to give back to the community that has done so much for me.
I became a member because of the development of a particular mod, and in their forum I tried to make my posts have a positive impact. Mainly I answered questions and made signatures for members that requested them. I inevitably went on to explore the rest of the forums finding mods that interested me and ended up finding the graphics workshop where I made signatures for other members, participated in the competitions and made a workshop to display my work.
Since the beginning of the year I've been focusing more on 2D pieces for TATW, I started making portraits and am now leading a small team in a sub mod focused on the 2D aspects of TATW.
Most of my posts are aimed towards helping other members, mainly on graphical problems, and in the process learning more myself while I venture into unknown areas while trying to assist others.
I feel that I'm ready to respect and accept the responsibly of the position of citizen of TWC forums.

I'd like to see some examples of it in his paragraph.

I'll have to dig deeper to check them out, I do wonder what "a particular mod" is and why he didn't say which one it was, though.

Louis Lux is a very helpful member all round. His modding work is very much up to standard and he contributes daily, adding onto his work constantly. He is very active and this is quite clearly shown from his recent posts. As you can see, he is currently working on a project and is constantly updating (already said). He's straight to the point and makes very good work of everything that he does.

I'm am suprised he hasn't mentioned The Graphics Workshop as much. He is quite active in that forum and is a very good critic to members, as well as taking part in the weekly Graphics Competition.

Well his signature links to the mods he helps I believe. His name isn't clickable above though. A pox on Ponti. A pox.

The Visual Enhancement mod for Third Age is pretty impressive. I'm not sure what of it is his and what is his partner's, but anyways he's a good artist. Will have to spend more time mulling, but I'm inclined towards a yes.

First of all, here.

Based on his albums, he seems to have designed the faces of family members for the different races. Just a guess. I like his initiative with starting the graphical subforum and his ideas there, and his work for TATW seems like a pretty solid contribution to the mod. To me this seems like just enough to confer the rank. I'm not blown away, but this is just good enough in my book.

He seems to be good with the 2d art -- the blending of images on the signatures is artistic. I am not aware of the value of his contributions to TATW. I will accept his patron's statement at face value. In many respects he would seem to be a marginal candidate. I will vote (a marginal) yes.

my marginal yes vote is marginally more yes than viking princes but equally only marginally less than other members who have voted yes. This makes my voting preference marginally hard to define and may point to the possibility that the user posting this message is borderline psychotic. or possibly on a marginal suger high.

hehe, sorry VP, couldn't resist. ultimately, a yes is a yes though. The fact that some yes' are weak yes' will not reflect on the user later on!

A yes from me, Louis Lux is a vcery good 2d artist and helpful member in the Graphics Forum. It is good to see him put his talent to work in the form of his TATW submod.

Well i'm stuck between the lines but I believe that him achieving this could also boost his contributions to 2D artist work. After looking at his work, i'm going to go with a yes.
