Help me Re-do the Select Faction screen?

I'm almost finished with a Mod of the vanilla strat map for MTW2. Unfortunately it's taken me close to 5 months to do this and I'm a little burnt out on any-and-all things MTW. The last big thing to do is a modification of the Select Faction screen so it reflects the changes and additions I've made to the borders of the settlements.

Would anyone care to lend me a hand with this?
Even if you have no experience, the work is easy to do and I would walk you through it. Probably take about 8-12 hours to do.
