    Default Odd Occurence

I dont know what happened here but while i was playing as the (ROMANS!!) something weird happened. It was the year 272 B.C. when i hit the END TURN button. After that I went up to UPPER GAUL and moved my diplomat....ok, well i read one of the announcments and it said me and GREECE were at waR!!. at this point, im thinking, WTF!? cause me and greece werent fighting. I scrolled down to Rome and WOAH! BANG, the settlement of MESSANA was under Roman Control! w00t . BUT HOW??? i wasnt even near to fighting in Sicily yet!!!! weird

-Ok: I have a hunch as to what happened...
1.) THE SETTLEMENT REBELLED AND BECAME ROMAN
    2.) AN AWESOME GLITCH
    3.) Or something else

if any1 else has experienced this weird occurence plz talk to me!!!

Settlement rebelled to you. It triggers a war between the inheritor of the settlement and the previous owner. Sort of annoying sometimes, but good for a free settlement now and then...

Sort of an aside, but: Does the current iteration of ExRM have a Messene Rome versus Carthage script?

It doesn´t matter, who lost this settlement due to rebellion, the war will be triggered between the former and the current ( allways Romans ) owner of it.
There was some script in PE?, wich used to generate Hamalcar, i´ve heard of, but i´ve never seen it, nor do i know, if this was kind of "Battle of Sicily" between Romans and Carthaginians event or smth. else.

Don't think so, EB does though.

Yeah, I've been trying out EB so I was just curious.
