Ok...I think we all know what the topic is about. Do you think gays should marry, and do you even like gay people.

I personally do not believe in gay marriage. It is unbelievable that gays should marry. It is a scar on the 21st century. It's BS. I strongly dislike gays anyway. Their disgusting. It's unnatural.

I just threw points out there, short and sweet.

So throw out your thoughts.

No prob with gays and such.

They should be allowed to marry, I mean why must the various religious groups complain?

So long as they're not married within the church it shouldn't matter.

It's quite believable, fair is fair, marriage isn't a religious thing and it didn't start off as one, so their prejudice views don't enter in on this.

Disgusting how? and as for unnatural, that's wrong, essentially every mammal has a certain number of gays, around 10% I believe, it must be natural, it certainly wasn't invented, and it's not the person's choice, so why judge them on it?

You could have found a more eloquent and polite way to put forth your perspective, but I also disagree with homosexual marriage, and homosexuality in general.

I have never seen a gay animal.
Gay marriage has not been around for long. That's how I figure it's a scar on the 21st century.
I believe in universal rights, but gay marriage is an exception. Give them every right but marriage and that's ok.
I don't mind black people, I was raised by a black women for 10 years.
I guess I shouldn't say i strongly dislike gays. I just strongly dislike what they do.

Sorry for the same topic, but I would not have posted this one if I had known.

Well, it didn't. It existed as a social and legal institution thousands of years before Christianity came into existence.

Definately wrong. Christianity is under 2000 years old (as an organised religion) and people have been getting married thousands of years before them. Easy example; Romans got married, they were around before the birth of Christ.

Then you have not tried to look for them; most mammals exhibit homosexuality in a similar incidence rate to that of humans - makes sense, given that we are a mammal I suppose.

Unbelievably hypocritical point here; "Everyone is equal, except these who I don't like." Surely if you dislike them so much, you don't want them having other rights? You'd give them the right to adopt children, but not marriage?

But I can see how if your not a Christian you can say ok to gay marriage. If I wasn't a Christian I wouldn't mind. I was basically wanting to see how non Christians justified it and I guess ya'll can. But does it not seem wierd to ya'll?

Should Gays be able to marry? Yes. But that's as far as marriage goes, between a human and a human(hetero or homo), no more people involved (polygamy), no animals, none of that.
Do I like Gays? I don't hate them, I must honestly say I really do not enjoy being around a "super gay" (you know the people that are more womanly than women)
