KINGDOMS 1.5 WHERE TO EXTRACT

basically ive gone for ages without this patch and i want to know which path to extract the files to. I extracted all files within the RAR using winrar to the medieval 2 folder. Upon setup it said 'language could not be found' or something along those lines. I am using the EU patch from strategy informer from the UK mirror.

Sounds like you didn't get the right patch. Which language are you trying to get? It has to match your copy of Kingdoms exactly as in EU Kingdom patch for EU Kingdoms.
Now the next problem would be is your Kingdoms copy original dvd, Gold, Steam, D2D, other? Gold update will not work on dvd. Download versions you have get from the vendor.
If everything there matches, you have a corrupt download. Try to download from another site.

Eu patch for Non Gold UK disc

http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/m...tch/23148.html. Is tiis the one you tried? At 125mb it may have corrupted while downloading. Try it, again and leave everything else alone until it's done.

yeh i used this UK mirror i think... so is this correct for the non-gold UK kingdoms disc version?

According to www.sega.com it is. Many people get bad downloads trying to do things with it downloading in the background. This patch doesn't work this way. If you want this patch with no problems, start the download and go watch tv for a little bit.
