I installed M2TW on his laptop and he hates everyone of them except Russia. So i was gonna use descr_strat to change it, so when I did clicked save said it was read_only.
I said WTF? this never happened before.

Right-click on the file and go into properties. Then uncheck the read-only box. Now you can save the changes and good to go.
