Hey there, I was wondering how difficult it is to change a factions colour. Specifically, I want to change the Italian States from a burnt orange to a blue colour. Any advice is welcomed!

Welshman25 has studied the question and could answer you questions. the other way would be to reskin all of Italy but it may be a challenge for a beginner.
