Patch 2

im having a little trouble figuring out wich icon is the patch 2.
one folder says just IB2 and the other says IB2.exe. part

Which ones the patch?

and what do I do with the icon in order to patch IB2?

also when I change the unit size to huge I play a battle and exit the game
then go back it automatically switches back to normal unit size.

how can I stop this?

any help will be appreciated

-Patch II has yet to be released but will be very very soon

-When changing your unit size to huge in the video options of your loaded up game, you need to click again where it says approve changes I think located at the bottom.

-Patch II will include the first patch and it will install from an installer right over the IB2 Mod

midnite made a patch that made units huge. This was just I think just before the first patch. Its included in the soon to be release Patch II. This may be the reason why you cant get those huge units to show.

The IB2 config file has the size set to normal when the game starts up. That is why the unit size defaults to normal even though you may have set it to huge in the game.


this is the line
unit_size = normal

change to the following

unit_size = huge


or put ## and a space in front of the line to comment it out. such as

## unit_size = normal


NOTE Rio, maybe we should just comment this line out of the IB2.cfg file
