is this a bug?

hello again with my annoying issues

this issue happened to me many many times and sometimes it happens in critical times in my gameplay so i found its essential to show u guys this thing
what happens is i suddenly see my treasury drops dramatically to a certain amount .the strange thing is when i previewed the financial report i see that i have profits not that huge loss
to make it stranger wen i press end turn button again and again it keeps giving me profits but still the treasury is at that fixed amount
i tried to use the"add_money" thing in the console to backup my critical situation in the gameplay and add money but once i hit end turn button the treasury drops again to the damn fixed thing

some examples to illustrate this thing
in some campaign i was playing as Egypt and i had treasury 82k around the turn 14x
suddenly after the AI ended the moves of other factions i saw that my treasury became 11k instead of 82k

i hurried to the financial report to c it .to have such a treasury i shud c un my profits -70k at least but surprisingly i saw i got profits 5k so my treasury should be 87k not 11k
i oppened the console and added the 70k i lost in no where ,my treasury was updated ,i built and recruited the units i want and i got total treasury about 70k after i did my work but suddenly in the moment i pressed end turn the treasry went back to the same 11k exactly (it was 11243 exactly and it went back to it) after the AI finished the moves i saw my treasury is still 11243 though i have profits too
i tried something new ,i spent all the 11k thing till my treasury became 0 and ended turn same thing happen the moment i press end turn the treasury comes back to that 11k and wen the AI finishes i c i still have the same 11k though my profits were -15k ....
my last try was to keep pressing end turn without doing anything for like 10 turns but still the same results

so any way to fix this ? its really frustrating to see that in this advanced way in ur game ur treasury go in the wind with no reason while you are in abig need to the money
i found it bad too to use the consol cheat every turn that bug or watever cuz i feel i'm cheating and this isnt my work

Are you playing any mod or do you have any mod installed (apart from the kingdoms campaigns)?

i have kingdoms installed and recently installed eras total conquest to try it but i have this issue before i install etq or even kingdoms

dude i already said i have eras total conquest (its a mod) but as i said too i had this problem before i install it
there something that happened just right now .i was playing Sicily and was with war with venice ,they offered me to become a vassal i countered their offer with offering them to give me 5k as a single payment and they accepted .at this time i was at 15k gold but after the AI finished it made my gold 3k only

note:i always make such counters to becoming vassal/ceasefire offers from the AI but dont always have this bug when i ask for money

The usual explanation would be lined up construction or recruitment. What happens if you do not build or recruit? Check in your city list that this is the case (no red building or recruitment icon).
I remember a bug in Stainless Steel (that got solved) where you got deducted money every round instead of once.

i said in my first post that i tried that already .i kept pressing end turn button without recruting or building any thing but my treasury kept at its value

Well, then it is a bug with the mod. Most mods have a 'treasury' script that is aimed at a support for the AI. Sometimes things go wrong there and they are difficult to find.
The things that you describe do not happen in the basic game - can only be the mod. So I would suggest to post this matter in the forum of the mod.

I have played this game modded and unmodded and the only reason I ever ran into that was have the building queue going full bore and the unit queue maxxed out. No matter how much income I could generate and settlements I could exterminate in one turn I could manage to run myself in the red. Take a good look at your building and unit queues and I'll bet that's where it is. If it is in the queue being built in that turn or not, it is counted against your income.
