I also need help locating the file, as the search function is not working on my PC.(Strangely)

You just need to delete the saved games and configuration file in

C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\


And then uninstalll everything.

Install everything again and it will work fine !

Does this apply for vista or also for XP? because i turned on hidden folders in configuration and I really cant find these 2 files,where u are saying I should find them. In XP my saved files are just in MTW2/Mods/TATW..

No mods installed besides this one. Which files should I unpack to find the geography file?
I'll reinstall it but I'm having trouble locating my Medieval 2 DVD >_>
