    Default Capturing Samosata-CTD

Hey all, it seems I managed to encounter another strange CTD.

    Faction Played: Pontus
    Versus Faction: Seleucid Empire
Save game: as soon as the upload tool works again.

Ok, so I'm playing a very interesting campaign as the Pontians, and while besieging the city of Samosata (?) The Seleucid garrison is reinforced when I end my turn, resulting in a battle outside of the city. The battle goes without problems, and is a very easy win. However, when The scroll appears to decide the cities fate, whatever option I select, 'Occupy', 'Enslave' or 'Relocate', as soon as I click, the game Crashes to Desktop. I can't figure out what the problem is, I have included the save file, just end turn and you'll have to fight the batle in order to get to the scroll. Hope you guys can help me out

Oh, one other thing; What command do I use to ensure that the game creates an error-log? that way I may be able to do something myself

Avoid having the battle with the garrison if that has reinforcements. There`s no other solution.

Which would mean abandoning the siege, destroying the army that has come to aid them, and then besiege the city again? I guess that might bypass the trouble, I may give it a shot.

Yes, it`s very likely a problem with how hte engine calculates the retreat. When the garrison sallies forth the battle will be played on the tile outside and after the battle it needs to return. Even if you completely annihilate the garrison, the ctd still happens. Number 8 from this list:

Thanks for the Help there Florin, both solutions work for me, either attacking from another tile/toggle follow AI movement. I can continue again, whoohoo!
