    Default Stuck on chapter 2

    On the road to independence, I captured Louisberg, and it supposed to open next chapter for Quebec. But somehow the next chapter does not seem open. The Quebec area is still black and closed. Why is that?

    It has something to do with the campaign being a buggy mess. You have to reload a save file and do it again.
