    It's a well known fact that Orcs WERE Deutsche speakers. Tolkien translated all their speech in the books so that you could understand it.

    The vanilla script for OotMM is HRE, as it is sicily for gondor and so on.

    So its the Holy Roman Empire of the Misty Mountains, sorta
