    Default Best Video Setting/s for my pc.

    Just wondering, what's the best resolution and video settings for my PC (Or should I just follow the "optimal" settings given by the software). Also, should V-Sync be on or off?

    My specs:

    2GB Ram
    Athlon 64X2 5200
    Geforce 9600GT (512mb)
    Win XP Home
    17 inch Sammy LCD (Not the widescreen)
