Temporary fix for nations who dont disappear after losing all their settlements
First,
YOU NEED TO START A NEW CAMPAIGN TO GET THIS TO WORK
This isnt a real... "fix", its just a temporary crap which was about editing 4lines. So no credit wanted, i did for me, and if some1 else wants it...
Since after their leading powers die orcs become cowards and disorganized, they dont represent a risk to your reign anymore.
Now The victory conditions "Kill mordor, isengard and orcs of the misty mountains" are...
Mordor: Hold gorgoroth, east gorgorth, and nurn (aka the city under gorgorth which holds an enormous zone xD)
Isengard: Hold isengard city (orthanc tower) and dunland
Orcs of the misty mountains: Hold moria and high pass.
If some1 of the creators doesnt like the mod and wants it to be deleted, just say it, altho i think that it doesnt make any harm.
PD: If some ally takes those cities just buy it, or trade for other regions

There are two bugs i think. The "outlive_mordor"-factions need to hold saurons "never should be seen"-city and you get a "...reached"-ingamevideo after starting a new campaign.

this mod alrdy got outdated, there is a GOOD mod, in the bug section, about the unfinishable campaigns, a guy fixed it with adding teutonic family tree to this factions, and it even works on your saved campaign
exactly, here (gigantus fixes)
