I was messing with it, trying to increase unit sizes, but I overdid it. I tried editing them back to their normal values but that didn't work. Can someone copy theirs? It's in the data folder, you will need to have it unpacked.

Cannot send unmodded files. It's against the ToS rules of this site. You'll have to reinstall the game if you didn't make a backup before modifying. Thread closed.
