    Default Retrain Bug?/Unit upkeep cost

    Hi I have problems with retraining
    I play TATW v 1.1b with the Real Combat submod and since I installed the Patch, in every Citi in the retraining field it shows my whole garrison but none of these units can be retrained or upgraded. The problem is, when I have a unit who needs to be upgraded, for example a unit elven archers with 90 instead of 151 men, it is sometimes not avaliable to retrain even if i could recruit this unit. And if i'm able to retrain the unit, it just gets filled with about 20 people, from 90 to 110/120, but most of the time it says no unit of this type avaliable.
    My second problem is, some of the unit upkeep costs have changed since this installation. I mean not the fixed costs, for balance etc, I mean some of my units, as an example the normal Elven Archers, normally they cost about 250/275 each turn (sry dont remember the correct number at the moment) but the elven archers I had already before I updated to 1.1b cost 375 each turn now, but these ones, I recruit new cost just the normal 250/275.

    Can anyone help me, are these "Bugs" known?
    Is this maybe because I didnt start a new campaign as I updated to 1.1b?

    Ok sry I guess the problem with retraining is the rework on the High Elven unit sizes and the upkeep cost are higher because there are just more men in one unit as if the unit would be recruited new
