I need everyone that has played SPQR 7.0 to post their Current Year they are at, but only if you are WELL into your game.

I need to see if anyone has got their civil war yet.

174 BC, Polybian legions.
Luckily no civil war yet

Planning reforms for about 110 BC or so

Due to the work with the addons I have not advanced that far with a "real" campaign in 7.0 version, only to 141 BC. Had less than 50 provinces, Marius reforms but no civil war.

I in the year of 145 BC. With 20 legions and 48 provinces.
I already began Marius reforms , but no the civil war.

111 I think. Marius but no civil war. I quit playing because I am waiting for the new add on.

Hmm, then you did something wrong if it was 7.0 you should have had a civil war. There will not be an anouncement, it will just happen and to your horror you will know.
