yes or no answer (pixel shader 1.1 or higher) error

I looked almost everywhere and hoping for some help here..

I recently just got M2TW and when i installed it said needs pixel shader 1.1 or higher..

I'm thinking of getting a Geforce 8500 gt..or a
Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 (two friend told me these would work)

I just dunno if it will work on my computer wich is a:

Microsft Windows XP 2002
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40Ghz
1.39Ghz, 512MB of RAm

I'm just reading off of properties when i right clicked on my computer and click properties this came up.
I'm not really a Big computer geek..

yes or no answer.. and please say witch graphics card ^^

The 8500 would be your best bet.
