    Default Roman slave in Kashgar?

I'm playing a Baktrian campaign right now and something weird has happened. Many cities I have taken have had to be enslaved in order to control them with the smaller garrisons my finances require. I've gotten several different slave retinues for my generals triggered from the enslavements. The weird part of this is that after I had taken Kashgar, one of the easternmost cities, from rebels the commanding general acquired a Roman slave. I haven't seen this before but I doubt it should be this way. I don't know enough about the trait and ancillaries parts of the game to figure it out though.
Right, as the world goes, is only in question between equals in power, while the strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must.

There are some bugs in the retinues system. In my case, some spies receive retinues for... diplomats, that improve the negotiation skill!
