Is there a BI version of this mod? because the guys I gave my RTW CD lost it and now I only have BI.

nope - SPQR is RTW only (something i'm fairly happy about because my computer and bi have issues - everything else works fine)

i'm afraid your going to have to buy a new copy

I've installed SPQR:tw over BI, and it's already patched to 1.5 if I recall.
I've played SPQR for about 2-2.5 years now without any problems, both v6.4 and 7.0

what using the bi.exe?

No, RTW, BI and Alexander works together, if you install all three, you can change between them at will. SPQR modifies the RTW portion of the game, but when you install BI it installs both RTW and BI at v1.5 so you won't have to bother with patching it. SPQR uses the rometw.exe
Tbh, I haven't tried if BI still works after installing SPQR, but I don't care since I only play SPQR

yeah but what i think he means is that he can't use the RTW.exe only the BI.exe

because he hasn't got the disk - i may be wrong but ...

Ok, I'm not even touching this with the longest stick in the world, just let me say that if you bought the game and lose the disk, I don't think you should have to buy a new disk to still be able to play...

A friendly phone call or email to CA might just do the trick. You'd be surprised what can be worked out if you ask.

Also, the lost disk dilemma is one of the primary reasons I like Steam.
