Spartan Screenshots?

Hey everyone, I'm currently downloading RS after having tried Europa Barbarum and getting a bit bored of it frankly. I was just wondering what the Spartans look like in this mod? I've looked for some screenshots but couldn't find any. Could anyone provide me with some? Thanks a lot.

There is no "Sparta" faction in this RS, but there will be such a faction in Roma Surrectum 2

As for Spartan Hoplites... dunno why you'd want to see screenshots of them, but in case this is what you wish, I'm sure it can be arranged.

When I was preparing the custom battle for this screenshot, which was against Carthage, I realized that The Sacred Band of Ba'al is actually better than the Spartan Hoplites... They're only one point worse in defense, but 2 points better in attack, or 3 points, plus they can form phalanx.

Nah I didn't think there was a Sparta faction, I just wanted to see what they look like in this mod, cos in some mods they look kinda crappy. Not in this mod though, they're fantastic

Does the fact that these are the royal bodyguards mean that in RS2, Spartan family members aren't mounted? Because if this is true in RS2, then charging your generals in battle just started sounding better imagine sending your hoplite general bodyguards to kill the mounted generals of the other nations...

The mighty spartans do not need your flimsy horses- plus if you're not playing as sparta when the ai decides to do a suicide charge with it's general, at least the enemy general will last longer than if the ai charged a mounted general into the front of a phalanx like they always seem to do with me.

I like barbeque chicken pizza. When I worked at a pizza parlor as a kid, I used to make barbeque popcorn-chicken pizzas. Yum!

Well, from what I understand...Tone is pushing the team to get it released this year, but we never can be too sure...and who cares, since the longer the mod is in production, the better it will be...I hope

I care, because there comes a point where one just flat-out loses interest in a concept or ancient game engine. Right now, there are some of us who are riding that fine line; especially when this time last year, we were told, and I quote, "...no later than June 2009".
