    Please report Bugs of TATW 1.1 in this thread.
    I won't consider bugs that are reported with TATW 1.0 since they may have been fixed in TATW 1.1!

    Unnecessary posts that contain no bug report or don't confirm a bug will be deleted.

    Known Bugs


    - wrong mumakil death animaton
    - Hobbits and dwarves get tall while running
    - Catapult trolls get small when moving
    - Custom battles with settlements not possible
    - Vanilla building icons
    - top level of Azanulimbar-Dûm citadel floating in the air
    - Dwarven diplomats occasionally refer to Scotland
    - Game does not recognize when orcish factions are destroyed
    - little "water-bug" in Edoras
    - Dwarves Feast-hall description missing
    - Lower Uruk-hai models have holes in it
    - Dunedain Rangers "spike-bug"
    - wrong sprites for Dunlendings
    - weapons of snaga archers are black
    - river crossing north of the argonath not playable
    - river south of Edoras (?)
    - Turn-end sound missing (?)



    Bug Fixes

    Bug Fix #1
    - Fixes the bug that destroyed evil factions aren't recognized as destroyed
    Installation: Copy the attached file into Medieval II Total War/mods/Third_Age/data and overwrite the existing file.

    I got the flying castle at Azanulimbar-Dûm. I had a Citadel and only the top level was floating.

    can this have something to do with the regions height? I mean the maps with floating buildings are portrait as mountains on the
    campaign map, while in the battle map they are plane.

    Only a small "Bug".

    With Gondor there is missing the sound that comes when you press the button for the next turn.

    The names of you no which faction seriously needed to be sorted out!
    I mean cmon...Mat...Wes...Kris... and HERB!?!

    Why?
    It totally ruins the atmosphere.
    I think there should be gonder avatars for the eriador characters, I don't feel that the rohan ones do them justice

    Dwarven diplomat cards are vanilla, although they appear to be right in the recruitment screen.

    A Bug I could reproduce in 1.0 and is still there in 1.1.
    The leader of mordor as a battle troll has normal size if you are far away with the camera and gets really small if you are near.

    Just north of the 2 large statues on the river, east of Rohan, there is a crossing without a bridge. If you defend that area, the battle map is covered in impassable cliffs making it impossible to fight the battle. The AI just sits there and there is no way to get to them.

    This happens when the attacking army has just crossed and the defender has the high ground. I've seen this twice. Not very important I imagine, but i thought I'd point it out.

    Heres some bugs that i´ve noticed:

    In the first picture my secondary army has an building icon on it.

    In the second one my Nazgul general has an strange bar on the special ability. and is it correct that Those Black numenorians should be so good that they are in that picture?

    And in third one. When playing hotseat, the interface is always the same. I started whit gondor and now it´s dwarves turn and it´s still gondor interface

    well the elven archers don´t appear on the battlemap, they fire and all but they aren´t there.

    i posted this the day of the patch, but the bridge south of eridor (rohans capital whatever its called) that is in gondor territory, i was defending with a full stack, and backed up by the city garrison, when a stack and a half of isengard orcs attack me at the point, i can deploy my troops, but when i click start battle, the game locks up. before the patch, i couldn't even deploy, but hasn't been 100% corrected yet.

    this is the only bug ive really found, but it crippled my gondor campaign rendering it unplayable till it gets remedied. great mod and ncie work guys.

    ive had a few problems with campaign battles not having a "radar map", just a black mass (sometimes with gradient lines tho).
    also at least two settlements have walls and buildings that the camera can just pan right though (normally the camera goes over stuff like that automatically).
    theres no real game effect tho... at least none that i have noticed, troops still fight on the wall and use the gate to enter and leave.

    oh and i only remember the name of one of the settlements: Goblin Village i think...


    one more thing: ive gotten a couple of wierd graphic-like bugs when in setup mode...
    both have occured at the same time when they have occured.
    when zooming out you jump far far far up in the air with the camera (you cant even see the troops due to fog of war)
    also the demarkation line for the setup area has a "spike" going up in the air.

    both effects dissapear once you start the battle tho.
    (also, this was campaign mode, havent gotten this in custom battle)
    addicted modder... but crap at it

    Sorry if its been said before but the weapons on my snaga archers are black, only the metal part is black.

    Dunlandings or however they are called might have the wrong sprites. If I scroll away, the look like Uruk Hai Infantry.

    I think Olog Hais and trolls are too good. Make them more expensive or something
