I have been thinking of playing an early campaign kingdom game in Lusted's Lands to Conquer Gold.

I was looking back at some saved games from when I was just learning and I am really impressed with Egypt's ability to hold off the Crusaders.

The two factions of interest are England and Milan. Milan is completely closed in by other factions and England has a swath of France, but all regions are castles. Both look like they might be a change of pace from Retrofit and my Short Campaign project.

Any suggestions as to how to approach either faction?
