How do i install a mod?

Hey guys, i downloaded a mod for Kingdoms but what folder do i put it in? thanks in advance

hey sorry i guess i should have posted the mod earlier. here is the link http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/m...mod/28092.html

i dont see any place that it says where to put it after download. i've never tried any mods before so i dont know anything about how to intall it once its downloaded. the file is a 7Z file and i didnt see any of those in the program file/ sega/ total war etc. file. im completely lost atm. thank you much for replying and any help in the future.

http://www.7-zip.org/ is the link for 7zip. Just download it and follow the directions to unpack your download. Inside is probably a readme with the install directions.
