Shazam! Fury of the Gods
Compared to the first one, I think this was weaker on the heroes' side and stronger on the villians' side.

While they might do the cheap thing and have a JW5, I think it's likelier that this is the last movie and the final scene isn't just a cheeky preparation to "subvert expectations".
Besides, it's just a superhero movie and it got boring (imo) fast.
Tetris: easy watch, run smoothly, nothing special too. Good on a midweek evening.
John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023)
Could have had more breaks from killing, otherwise it was quite nice chapter.
You People
Very inclusive, very hip.
This is even more funny when you realize who Eddie Murphy's is married to now.
The Siege of Jadotville
Nothing to see here.
Except a Company of Irish soldiers defending a compound against French Foreign Legionnaires somewhere in the Congo.
What?!
Come on, you have to admit that sounds exotic!
Inspired by a true story.

Inside
Willem Dafoe, trapped in a fancy house.
That's it.
That's the whole movie.
^Watched it. Not sure what the ending meant. I'd like it if it was related to the "Bulgarian Joke".
In that just because you see something start, it doesn't mean it wasn't going on before.
Rogue Heroes
Mad British Bastards in the desert killing Germans & Italians.
It was fun and somewhat historically accurate until

Remember when movies were smart?
As in, written by intelligent people?
Here's an example.
Inside Man
Watched the Master (2012).
Good cast, but was it supposed to convey something? Why have the mildly retarded guy get involved in the cult? Apart from something like a platitude (=he always wanted a family).
The Night Before (2015).
A funny and very intense comedy. Features a nice cast, including one of my comedy favorites Seth Rogen. I recommend if you like the stoner comedy genre.
Recently watched Midsommar - the directors cut of course - might be one of my favorite movies now.
Also saw Mystic River also a damn good movie. Feels very similar to Prisoners.
