I am not ok with this. 7/10 I would say.

Same vibe as The end of the ### word (same producers or writers actuall I think), same vibe as any Netflix thing I guess, and its pretty good imo. Sophia Lillis (It little redhead) discovering her superpowers, murican school, some family drama, some funny/cool bits

Zerozerozero: Calabrian mafia, Mexican cartel and a shipment of blow. A tall tale very well produced

Modern take on Carrie. Stephen King basically owns the world of TV and movies right now. I liked it, not to contrived to be crap or too violent/dark to not be entertaining/fun.

Amazon obviously throw mountains of cash into this, it shows. Many countries, huge tanker used for scenes (maybe carrying Amazon stuff ), three different languages etc.

I still find it cheap that they only used Byrne for one ep

Overall it was cool, and I think it is partly based on the rise of the infamous new mexican cartel, who originally were special forces trained by the US.

Plot-wise imo it is somewhat random, but obviously no one watches narco/mafia shows for plot.

Portrait of a lady on fire: Beautiful shots, great acting, utterly romantic. 9/10.

Spenser Confidential (Netflix). Yikes. It was entertaining enough but I couldn’t turn the volume high enough to drown out the sound of Robert B. Parker screaming from beyond the grave. Marky Mark as Spenser? I guess at least he’s from Boston, but the story lacks any of the sensibilities of a real Spenser tale. And How did we get a Spenser that’s a such a punk? It all seems terribly, terribly wrong, and likely something that could only have happened after Robert B. Parker’s death.

Why is it that mysteries are always about something bad? You never hear there's a mystery, and then it's like, "Who made cookies?"

Birds of Prey 3/10 - Took the worst parts of Suicide Squad, added a couple of flat characters and sloppy writing. Terrible costumes. Terrible acting from everyone except for Margot Robbie. Disjointed fight scenes directed by 2 different people. I didn't laugh even once and I laugh like an idiot at Akar's posts in the Devia.

The young Pope and the new Pope: it's theater over substance with a director that must have OCD on elocution. I moderately enjoyed it, but if you don't like the first episode then don't bother because it's a lot of the same.

Sense8: not very good by any means, there are a few overlong scenes that made me wonder if they ran out of budget on some episodes. Yet likeable characters and a good concept of a serie manage to save it. Feels like a guilty pleasure as I won't admit in RL how much I really enjoyed it.

The gentlemen: it's ok, typical Guy Ritchie london mob movie, trying a little too hard to be cool/hip (visual and narrative). Enjoyable to watch nonetheless, just not as good as Snatch and Lock Stock, better than king Arthur and rock&rolla imo.

I tried to watch Signs (with Mel Gibson).

I really wanted not to hate it. But gave up watching 30 min in.

Time Trap. Solid indie film and well produced for its budget. And I'm a sucker for good and original time travel plots like this.

Vivarium: it's basically a 97 minutes long episode of the twilight zone ,

Edit: even though it's nothing more than an episode, it's a very good episode
