Short cut launcher problem

Hello all, I've been creeping these forums for a few years now and have been a TW fan since Shogun, but this is my first post, hah.

Anyways, I installed IJ 3.0 BETA (amazing mod btw) and I started it using the short cut launcher. The game worked perfectly. I played for a while, saved my game and quit. Upon returning to my desktop I noticed the shortcut had lost it's IJ icon and was just a blank icon. I went to that icon's properties and there is nothing to even inicate that it was a shortcut, it was even 0 bytes in size.
I reinstalled IJ and a fresh shortcut appeared. I went to it's properties and it was completely blank and 0 bytes in size as well, but it did have the appropriate slots to put in the "target" and "start in" information but it wouldn't allow me to fill them in, I couldn't click them. Now it appears that in the time it took me to register for these forums and type this post, the shortcut has dissappeared from my desktop!
I remember there was an issue with the shortcut in previous IJ versions, but I couldn't find the exact thread.
Does anyone know either how this was fixed before, or how it can be fixed for IJ 3.0?

P.S. i have attached a screenshot of my blank IJ shortcut, I retrieved it from the recycle bin after my 2nd one from my reinstall dissappeared.

Yes, I have experienced this myself. I will correct it with the next upload. In the meantime, you can manually create your own. Just follow these instructions:

This is for people who may be experiencing problems with IJ loading or not loading the IJ shortcut.

1. If the shortcut fails to materialise on your desktop or the path is incorrect in the "target" window, please try reloading the game first.

2. If this fails to solve the problem please follow the following instructions.
For those who have the IJ Icon on their desktop:

Right click on the IJ Icon
Select Properties
In the target box, copy and paste the following:

-mod:IJ -show_err after RomeTW-BI.exe. Make sure you leave a space between .exe and -mod:IJ -show_err.

2. If there is no Icon on your desktop then please follow these intructions:

Go the folder where II has been installed
Right click on the BI.exe icon
Select "Send to Desktop"
The BI.exe Icon should now be on your desktop.
Right click on the Icon
Select Properties
In the target box, copy and paste the following:

-mod:IJ -show_err after RomeTW-BI.exe. Make sure you leave a space between .exe and -mod:IJ -show_err.

I have the same problem with shortcuts after i reupload my computer, to solve this problem that they didnt happen again just renamed your shortcuts to IJ!
