Something like this would be good. Click on the images to see the reviews.
Shame about the language -
"Maud made the team, of which many variations on the theme of medieval Europe, where often there is a dwarf and a pile of similar states. Moreover, the city it is already available on the fashion map. If you cover your eyes a bit, we can consider that in this version of the mod, you can fight for Russia. Broken Crescent is in a separate folder and creates the desktop shortcut, which can and should start. "

A new mobile phone tower went up in a town in the USA, and the local newspaper asked a number of people what they thought of it. Some said they noticed their cellphone reception was better. Some said they noticed the tower was affecting their health.
A local administrator was asked to comment. He nodded sagely, and said simply: "Wow. And think about how much more pronounced these effects will be once the tower is actually operational."
Hey, they've reviewed quite a lot of mods. Glad to see mine in there.

RIP Calvin, you won't be forgotten.
I have a question, will the mod reviews be hosted on the site independently like a repository or database, or will they be added to an already established ongoing feature such as the Helios or the Eagle Standard?
Also, is permission required from the mod teams themselves before you can post a review?
I ask because if you decide to post them up as the reviews are written, the life span of this experiment will not last that long seeing as there is a smaller amount of mods for the Total War series compared to games which allow for much more modding potential, like say, TES IV: Oblivion.
On the other hand though, if you do decide to add this to something the like Helios or Eagle Standard, that means that the articles that are published will have to be limited according to the space allocated. That would mean that some people may be angry over having their hard work being put to the sideline until a new edition comes up.
It's a good thing that this is being endorsed by the site though, last year, I was a reviewer for the now defunct Oblivion Mod Reviews website and I know from experience that unless you have a sizable fan base and support from either modders or members of a forum, then it is very hard to get off the ground.
Anyways, sorry if what I said sounded offensive or inconsiderate, that's not my intention, I'm merely curious because while I support the idea of mod reviews, I have doubts on whether this would be successful or not.
I'm not actually interested in reviewing mods myself (as I'd be the guy who wants to review my favourite mod only), but I am interested in the idea of mod reviewing and am curious to see how you guys will organise the whole thing.
In any case, I will be waiting for the mod reviews with much anticipation and I wish you guys all the best of luck in this endeavour.![]()

If this will be put under the wing of ES is something we have not yet decided, but it's being discussed.
The goal is to have 1-2 reviews per month. This will give the reviewers enough time to play mods at a satisfactory in-depth level, and it will also extend the life of this project, as TW mods are not quite as many as the hundreds of TES mods. We hope that mods that are not picked will understand that we are going to be randomly choosing targets and also that one of the primary goals is to support less-known and less-played mods.
I would not like to see what amount to abandoned mods posing as completed mods being spotlighted - there needs to be a base standard probably something along the lines of "generally balanced, no or rare CTDs, no significant graphical or textual elements missing, nothing 'game breaking'".

The reviews will be FrontPage'd of course, otherwise it wouldn't be a Spotlight, would it?And, as I said, one of the main goals is shedding some light to the less known projects, I really doubt the likes of EB, RTR, RS etc need more advertisement.
Of course we're not going to review mods that are on beta or that have very low quality releases, but we also have to make sure we don't set the standard too high.
Yup, which standard should we use? The Aradan Standard, MasterOfNone Standard or Makanyane Standard?![]()

Aha, it gets life. I'm curious how that experiment plays out.

Any chance for this exam? Very low, because the established Anthropocentrism destroys the basis of existence.

Hi !
Could I help the moders with my albuns? They are not finished but I´ve got many more things to put on my page concerning the period between the Classic Age until the Central and South America civilizations. Please reply.
Thanks
