it is a reskinned piety it is just pretty much what fishrudder said, + if a general has higher "obediance" and they are in a settlement that settlement can have incereased growth/income

this really should be added to the faq as so many people ask this

And dread lower the population growth? Before this mod was born I was not so into traits and stuff like that.

dread doesnt add to population growth but it doesnt lower it. respect adds .5% per point.

You know my king Bard is the perfect governor. ~30 command when ambushing at night (Hell yeah!), max respect (Release all prisinors), max authority (Comes with winning at least a battle per turn for 75 turns) and max obedience.
And then some Bardian archers went rebel. I tried to kill them but they still got an entire volley on king bard...
Strange game...
