We be honored if people here at TWC can sign up for the 1v1 and/or the 2v2 ETW tournament we are hosting!

also wrote jack an email about some prizes.. hopefully i will here back from him soon.

if you have any questions plz feel free to ask.. ill try to answer as best i can..

i didnt write a ton of rules.. just the basics.. rules can be used to find loopholes and exploits.. like moving one cannon forward and camping the rest of you army... then calling it an attack.. myself and the rest of the directors will be using common sense and good judgment to approach each decision on a case by case basis.. if you plan on exploiting... think again.. it wont fly.. gl 2 all and lets have some fun!

.. id like to clear a few things up..

this tournament will be played in etw....it is being held in honor of shogun, the first totalwar game, which was released on june 13, 2000

to register, add the group shogun showdown to your steam profile, and show up in the group chatroom on the day of the tournament.

if you dont know if you will be around or cant seem to join the group... just show up this saturday in the shogun showdown chatroom.. and i will do my best to fill in the brackets with late comers

tournament starts promptly @ 1900 GMT / 2pm Eastern Standard
registration will close 30 minutes prior to start.

Congrats to Uhtred/Head Honcho WoC dude on his second Tourney triumph of ETW so far!

And much thanks to FearOfNC for the smooth running and organisation of the event, despite some early complications it's went through a treat.

Was great to see so many players of such calibre taking part...

And i was pretty happy with my second semi finals placing again. Not bad ferra a rookie if'n i do say so meself.
