They should be in the Part 1 rar file. I think they're called some witty like, TROM Core Installation Instructions.

Weird, I just checked it... checking again... It's working fine for me -- downloaded without problems. I'll see if I can put it up on Megaupload with problems.

Part 2 is named trom_corev1.21.0 Part 2.rar - is it correct link? I just wonder because it doen't have separate pack for blood&smoke
Upd. - I saw it in Mod Manager, ok!

1.22 worked fine for me but 1.23 downloaded ok but part 2 has a corrupt file (the big 150mb one). I tried part 2 from both download links and both are corrupt.

They do. It's just a separate .pack file now, and it will need to be enabled through LT Chambers mod manager.
