Hey,
I was wondering if it's possible to modify the way the bonuses that experience gives. For example, making Elves receive a +1 bonus to their ranged rather then melee attack. Anyone know if this is possible/which edu stat controls it? Thanks

Experience effects aren't governed by EDU.
Thanks, I wasn't aware of either of those.
Experience effects are hardcoded.

grrr.....that's unfortunate
Achilla, are you sure? I'm pretty sure I've seen them edited somewhere, I can't remember where, I'll poke around my files later for it. Could someone confirm it though?
No offense intended

HAHA, good logic mate, but alright, I didn't want the guy to be disappointed, cuz it turned out there was a way, and I Tguht I read something
what happens if you switch their primary and secondary weapons with each other?
Missiles are automatically the primary weapon
But hastati and such?
hastati are from rtw...Assuming that currently their primary is the sword, and secondary is javelin, if you switched them they would try to throw their javelins instead of charging if told to attack. You'd have to alt+click to get them to charge.
Missile weapons must be set as the primary weapon, even with the hastati example the pila would be set as primary.
As for experience bonuses Achilla is right, they are hardcoded and there is nothing we can do to change them. Which is a shame since missile units probably shouldn't gain any attack from experience![]()
And there is a trait that has them throw before charging
I have question: is that possible to remove ancillary from character? I mean is there a trigger to do this in EDA or in campaign_script? Not by console code.
Sorry for my bad english, I don't mind correcting!
