it means that you have every turn in the provinces of mistry_mountainsand central mountains 10% change that your general get it and from province high_pass 20% change IF it's not already founded and you should get the ring from enemy general with 100& change and you generals son get it after his dead.

I killed OOTM's faction leader, who had ring, and I didn't got it. I killed him during Amon Gastal assault.

I think ring should have stats like these:
fear 7
Chivalry -4
Command 3
Personal security 4
HitPoints 4
troops morale 4
Movement points 2
line of sight 3
law -3

your right. only sauron can truly use the power of the one ring...untill a submod with sauron comes out i will just edit the files myself. THEN download the one that has been given!

i know that my ring stats are , but i made them for fun and i thing that is a bit fun to have an greatly over powered elven general using the ring against it's owner and does not corrupt...

Why post a comment like this...? If you dont like someones idea, state your reasons and try to be constructive. What you did was belittle someone who took THEIR time to help make this already outstanding mod just a little bit better. Think before you post...or for that matter think before you do anything. I like this idea. It would work just like the one ring in the LOTR:TW mod right? I will download the mod if it can be made functional.

I would actually make it so that the One Ring would perhaps have two 'flavours'; one for good factions and one for bad.
For Good Factions, I would make it increase TroopMorale and Fear, but would give a big hit to Chivalry. Also, after a few years, start reducing Hit Points, on account of the Ring attempting to 'escape' to Sauron.
For Evil Factions, I would make it imba.

What about loyalty -10? I mean it should make the generals loyalty become 0, which would increase the chances of him becoming a rebel. It wouldn't work for faction leaders though.
