Can't Start new campaign

I'm not sure what it is, it might be a sub-mod. but it seems as though I can't start a new campaign. My old, saved campaigns work correctly when I load them but when I click on "start campaign" in the imperial and custom it doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: I fixed the bug in my descr_strat
can a mod please close this thread? Thanks
