So, I am playing on small units sizes, because TATW lags a lot in my PC. However, every time I start the mod, the unit sizes automatically set to Huge. I have made the config file read-only but the game still changes the unit sizes. It doesnt happen with any other mod I play (neither do I get lag in other mods). Anyone got any ideas?

i have the same problem. i would like to turn it down to "normal" unit sizes too! it worked in a custom battle but when i started a campaign it went back to HUGE, which lags up my PC alot.

in fact, i signed up just to say that. and to help find an answer.

You can change those settings in Third_Age\TATW.cfg, just open it in Notebook or WordPad. After you have done that look for this part:

[game]
unlimited_men_on_battlefield = 1
no_campaign_battle_time_limit = 0
unit_size = huge

Change "huge" to small if you want to play on small unit sizes, to normal if you want to play on normal unit sizes and so on.

It sounded quite good actually... Err... I mean wrong! WRONG!
